How do you contact TTAS ?

You can contact us by 'phone, fax or Email. However, because we value the advice we give you, we prefer to deal with a written query and supply a written answer. By operating in this way we hope to overcome any potential misinterpretation of either the question or the answer.

When a verbal query is dealt with, it will be either documented or recorded, as will the advice given. We would caution you against acting on verbal advice until a written copy of both the question and answer is available.

Our aim is to respond, or at least to acknowledge receipt, within 24 hours of your enquiry. Our fee structure is not 'cast in stone'. We will discuss your problem and agree a fee in advance. These typically range from £40 for a simple legislative query to £100 or more for, say, an obscure legislative query. Expert witness and Consultancy fees start at £350 per day plus expenses.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. Credit terms are not normally agreed other than for public sector bodies and major plc's.
